This is our motto!
We start changing the world with ourselves.
We change our way of thinking and try to act fairly, not only on a planetary level, but also inside the company. We know that there is a long way to go, but we believe that small steps will lead us to a big change (according to Kaizen philosophy).
The 4F Change project was initiated from the bottom up – it was the employees who felt it was time for a change. They started to look for socially responsible solutions. With time, we established an interdepartmental ECO team, which currently consists of 13 people, and is led by Przemysław Feliga (ESG Project Manager) who works with the team to take up new challenges and actions.
We have also created a Change Makers movement consisting of employees from various departments, who want to influence what is happening in the company. They also want to seek ideas for more sustainable practices in their personal lives and encourage others to do the same. There are 15 of us, but more and more people are becoming inspired by our vision.

Since 2017, I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of new things that have appeared in our wardrobes. I believe that small acts replicated by hundreds, thousands and millions of people make a huge mass. UbraniaDoOddania.pl - my project in which we rescued almost 700 tonnes of unwanted clothes - confirms this.”

“The moment I realised what we had achieved with our house, completely changed my approach to many things. One of them is giving a second life to things, although this topic has not been unfamiliar to me. I felt more strongly that I should start using my passions - thrift shops and flea markets are my specialty :)) I started to encourage others to give things a second life. It's been two years since I buy only second-hand clothes. I believe that together we can do a lot - so let's do it!”

Privately, I try to leave as little footprint as possible. I always go shopping with a backpack, and in the summer I don't have to buy vegetables because they grow on my terrace. I donate unused clothes to my fiancée and she puts them into second circulation.”

On the one hand, I actively enjoy their charm: I go trekking, climb, participate in sky running, and on the other hand, I would like the Tatra Mountains to remain wild and untouched. For this to be possible, education is needed. As part of the 4F Change strategy, I try to increase the knowledge of my colleagues in the organisation about ecology in the broadest sense. I strongly believe that, the sustainable development of any company starts with the employee, so I am glad that the number of Changemakers is constantly growing.
