Moving towards circularity!

We start changing the world with ourselves.
We change our way of thinking and try to act fairly, not only on a planetary level, but also inside the company. We know that there is a long way to go, but we believe that small steps will lead us to a big change (according to Kaizen philosophy).
The 4F Change project was initiated from the bottom up – it was the employees who felt it was time for a change. They started to look for socially responsible solutions. With time, we established an interdepartmental ECO team, which currently consists of 13 people who works with the team to take up new challenges and actions.
We have also created a Change Makers movement consisting of employees from various departments, who want to influence what is happening in the company. They also want to seek ideas for more sustainable practices in their personal lives and encourage others to do the same.

I believe that small acts replicated by hundreds, thousands and millions of people make a huge mass. UbraniaDoOddania.pl - my project in which we rescued almost 700 tonnes of unwanted clothes - confirms this.”

There is still a lot to do, and we are constantly learning how to effectively and efficiently implement the second circulation into the activities of fashion brands. Thanks to projects with our partners, such as OTCF S.A., we know for sure that it is possible on a huge scale!"
