1. What is the 4F circular programme?

The 4F Change circular programme allows you to donate unused clothing for further use. Donated items are verified by a programme partner and, if they meet the quality criteria, are sent for further circulation, including reuse, refreshing or repair.

2. What clothing can I donate to the programme?

We accept new or used clothing that is suitable for reuse = clean, complete, undamaged, without holes, stains or excessive signs of wear.

3. What items do we not accept?

We do not accept items that are damaged, very dirty, incomplete or unsuitable for reuse. Such items are not included in the weight of the parcel qualifying for a voucher.

4. How is the weight of the donated clothing calculated?

The weight of the parcel is determined after it arrives at the programme partner’s sorting facility. Only clothing that meets the quality criteria is included in the weight. Packaging is not included in the weight.

5. Will everyone who sends a parcel receive a discount voucher?

The discount voucher is only granted if certain conditions are met – minimum weight and positive quality verification of the donated items. Simply sending a parcel does not automatically mean that a voucher will be awarded. A discount voucher is only awarded if the entire contents of the parcel meet the quality criteria specified in the terms and conditions. If the parcel contains items that do not meet these criteria, the parcel is not eligible for a voucher.

6. When and how will I receive my discount voucher?

The voucher is awarded after the parcel has been verified. Information about the voucher will be sent by email.

7. What if I have not received a voucher after sending the parcel?

If the items do not meet the quality or weight criteria, the voucher will not be granted. If you have any doubts, you can contact us by email at 4fchange@otcf.pl.

8. Where can I use the discount voucher?

The voucher can be used in brick-and-mortar stores, the online store and the 4F app, in accordance with the rules set out in the discount voucher terms and conditions.

9. Are all donated clothes recycled?

The aim of the programme is to give clothing a second life. Items that meet the quality criteria are sent for further use. Products that do not meet these criteria are disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations and the technological capabilities of the programme partner.

10. Is the programme available all the time?

The programme is implemented within a specified number of shipments. Once the available limit has been used up, the possibility of sending parcels is temporarily suspended. Information about the availability of the programme is always visible on the website.

11. Does 4F offer clothing repairs to customers?

From 5 June 2023, the repair service will be available in every 4F store and will cover all types of 4F clothing.

12. Where can I have my 4F clothing repaired?

Bring your damaged clothing to one of our stores and take it to the checkout. The sales assistant will assess whether the repair is possible and accept the order, informing you of the price and collection date.
